Brain Food is Good for the Baby


Growth period is the right time to maximize your child's brainpower. To support them, give them healthy nutrients that can be brain food.
Brain food can improve memory and skills, thus making the child more adept at memorizing or remembering things.



These nutrients may be brain food for children, as reported by boldsky, Tuesday (06/12/2012):
A. Dairy productsMilk and other dairy products are a rich source of protein, calcium, potassium and vitamin D. All of these essential nutrients is the key source for the development of the neuromuscular system, neurotransmitters, enzymes and brain tissue. Children and adolescents in the age group of people who are in the process also requires these nutrients to grow.
2. All types of berriesStrawberries, cherries, blueberries and blackberries are known as 'brainberries' because this fruit provides almost all the essential nutrients to the brain. Berry fruit is a source of antioxidants and vitamin C which helps in reducing oxidative stress.
3. Eggs and nutsCholine, one other important element for the development of memory stem cells that can be found in eggs and nuts. Choline may increase the production of memory cells in the brain stem, also minimizes fatigue. In addition, nuts and seeds are a source of vitamin D, which can reduce cognitive decline.
4. Whole wheatVitamin B and glucose found in grains such as brown rice and oat meal, thus making it a healthy brain food for children. The body needs a regular supply of glucose provided by the grain. Vitamin B improves blood flow to the nervous system is one major factor in keeping all the organs of the body to be active, including the brain.
5. SalmonFish with high levels of fats such as salmon is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA and EPA. This is an important nutrient for proper brain development. Research shows that people who eat fish have a sharper memory than those without.
