Health Conditions that Make Teens Shame

During adolescence the body undergoes various changes, both physically and hormonal. But there are certain health conditions that can make teenagers feel embarrassed. What is it?
Adolescence is a phase in which a person experiences physical and psychological development is quite fast. That requires a lot of nutrients for their energy needs met and there is no problem on the growth and development.



But unfortunately, teenagers have a reputation with poor eating habits, like overeating junk food or even a strict diet to skip a meal. These conditions certainly have an impact and exacerbate health problems.
Here are some health conditions that are sometimes embarrassing to a teen, as quoted from Lifemojo, Friday (08/06/2012), namely:
A. PimpleThe most common problems faced by teenagers is acne. The reason could be due to fluctuations in hormone levels, inherited genes, or certain foods that aggravate acne.
To fix this try to consume plenty of water, washed regularly, avoid products that a lot of caffeine and reduce the consumption of sugar and white flour products.
2. Oily skinOily skin can be caused by hormonal changes or acid-base imbalances that lead to oily skin. There are some things you should do that consumption of foods rich in protein, green vegetables, fresh fruit, limit sugar and salt, reduce fatty foods and fried foods.
3. Dark circles under the eyesThis problem is usually based on genetic, but can also be caused by dehydration or lack of sleep. To avoid the consumption of coconut water, raw vegetable juices and soup once a week and not consume too much salt.
4. ConstipationUsually girls are more prone to constipation and the best medicine is to consume plenty of water and foods rich in fiber. While other gastrointestinal disorders usually occur when teens are undergoing stress tests.
5. Quickly feel lethargicMany teenagers who despite his young age, but already feeling tired and lethargic, the reason is because eating foods that are high glycemic index. The solution is to consume low glycemic index foods such as wheat, chicken, fish and of course lots of vegetables.
